IB Central - Real Time Datafeed for Metastock is expected to be realeased soon

Dear All Members,

We are very happy to inform to all the Metastock users that IB Central version for data feed for your favorite charting software Metastock is being ready in our technical laboratory. The software is under testing and expect it can be released for service in next two or three weeks.

We are receiving a lot of inquiries for the data feed for Metastock. The new realease version of IB Central will serve the data requirements for their favorite charting software to make their analysis and trades easier.

With the new Metastock version of IB Central will be capable to provide data interface for other charting softwares which can read the metastock database as a data source. This will give make IB Central more attractive for subscribers to use in multiplatforms.

We are very thankful to all the members who motivated and inspired us to develop this trader's friendly utility. Our reseach and developemnt team is always in effort to make the software best one in its kind.

Market opens at 9.00 - Attention IB Central users

Dear Members,

From Jan 4th, Markets are set to open from 9.00 am. We are prepared to provide data feed with the new timings. All IB Central users are requested to make sure their amibroker database settings are alligned with the new trading hours.

Open your Amibroker real time database for IB Central. Go to Files > Database Settiings > Intraday Settings. Change the settings as shown below (Hilighted in red).

Then press OK, again OK in Database settings. Then File > Save All
This is the ideal settings for Amibroker when using with IB Central.

Note: If the trading hours are not properly set, you may not get data from market opening at 9.00 because the default Database settings in Amibroker is 9:30 as start time
